FOR ROTATION
We will require the following documents:
- Valid passport and *USA visa.
- Graduation certificate (if you are a medical graduate) OR Letter from your Dean/Principal mentioning your expected date, month, and year of graduation (if you are a medical student).
- Recent photo.

- USMLE exam score report (if any)
- *Valid Health Insurance.

Please note:
*USA VISA, Immunization records, and valid health insurance are not required for Telemedicine rotation.
*USMLE exam scores are not a requirement for our rotation program.
