Why is Brooklyn USCE
Making U.S. clinical rotations affordable for international medical students and graduates.
Brooklyn USCE was founded in 2015 by Dr. Ratesh Khillan, a board-certified hematologist-oncologist. Our aim is to make rotations affordable for all international medical students and graduates, and to guide them on the path to residency in the United States. Every year, applicants take the opportunity to enroll with us for on-site and telemedicine rotations.
Clinical rotations are a crucial part of an applicant’s USMLE journey and residency application. All applicants are advised to earn performance-based letters of recommendation from preceptors based in the United States, which strengthen the application considerably.
Working alongside and learning from U.S.-based physicians gives applicants the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the U.S. healthcare system, and prepares them for a U.S. medical residency program.
