FOR ROTATION
We will require the following documents:
- Valid passport and *USA visa.
- Proof of medical school enrolment/graduation certificate.
- Recent photo.

- USMLE exam score report (if any)
- *Valid Health Insurance.
- HIPAA Certificate (https://www.hipaatraining.com/)
- Infection Control Certificate (https://bit.ly/3nfXrsC)
Please note:
*USA VISA, Immunization records, and valid health insurance are not required for Telemedicine rotation.
*USMLE exam scores are not a requirement for our rotation program.
