We want every applicant to be able to practice with MatchMind AI.
What works. The sign-up, profile, buy, dashboard, real interviews and feedback pages, and the page visitors see before signing up, are built to work with a keyboard, screen readers, browser zoom, high-contrast modes and reduced-motion settings, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Every interview comes with a written transcript and written feedback.
What does not. The interview itself is a spoken conversation, because residency interviews are spoken. It needs you to speak and to hear the interviewer, and it has no text-only or sign-language version. In a panel interview, two interviewers speak in one call; the screen names the interviewer who is speaking. It runs on a laptop or desktop computer, not on a phone or tablet.
Ask us. If a disability makes any part of the Service hard to use, or something does not work with your assistive technology, email support@brooklyncancercare.org. Tell us what you need, and we will work with you on a reasonable accommodation. You can also write to Brooklyn USCE 1, LLC, 672 Utica Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11203, USA.
